David Bateson Confirmed as the Voice of 47!

Hitman fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Square Enix has confirmed that David Bateson, the man that has voiced Agent 47 in every Hitman game since the beginning will reprise his role once again after fears that he might not be in the game! It has also been confirmed that William Mapother (Lost) will be performing the motion capture work for Agent 47.
Speaking about the decision to bring back Bateson despite the fact IO previously announce that he wouldn’t be the voice of 47 again, Brand Director John Brooke said.
“IO and Bateson have been bed fellows for over a decade and like all long running relationships sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder. Looking back I think we were just playing hard to get.”
David Bateson is famous for being the Voice of Agent 47 on all the games since the beginning. He also served as the character model for 47, you can tell simply by looking at a picture of him! He now joins Marsha Thomason, Keith Carradine, Vivica Fox, Shannyn Sossamon and Powers Boothe as confirmed voice actors in Hitman: Absolution which will be released globally November 20th.
